THE TESTING PROCESS (After Payment & Receiving Your Log In)

  • Select "Lessons & Tests" from the Main Menu on the upper left
  • Select your first test (from a "Package" or an individual test) Blouse, Shirts etc
  • Read the Study Guide for as long as you need
  • At the bottom of the Study Guide click, "Click here to take the CSR test"
  • Enter your User Name and Special Password
  • Take the Test
  • Answers are immediate -- wrong or right
  • The results will appear on the screen at the end of the test
  • Results are mailed immediately to your manager 

You cannot go back to the Study Guide once you've started the test,
 
so focus the best you can.
