About Steve Boorstein
Steve Boorstein is a 3rd-generation drycleaner. He first owned a clothing store for 10 years and then was the hand's-on owner and operator of a high-end multi-million dollar plant for 15 years. Steve has appeared on ABC’s The View, CBS and NBC news, and in hundreds of newspapers and magazines and is a regular contributor to American Drycleaner. He’s written three books and produced two instructional DVD’s for the drycleaning industry. Steve consults with cleaners on Customer Service, Quality Control and Building Sales through customer service and customer relations.

Steve is releasing his first DVD for CONSUMERS in March of 08'. The DVD is called Clothing Care: The Clothing Doctor's Secrets to Taking Control!
